How to use
As borage oil capsules, flower infusion, skin application or in cooking (edible flowers).
📋 Recommended preparation
Capsules: 1-2g of oil per day with meals. Flower infusion: 2g in 250ml boiling water for 10 minutes.
Precautions
Do not consume aerial parts for prolonged periods (pyrrolizidine alkaloids).
Not recommended during pregnancy.
May interact with anticoagulants.
