How to use
Fresh in cooking, dried leaf infusion, or essential oil (limited use).

Infusion: 1 teaspoon dried leaves per 250ml boiling water, steep 8 minutes. 2 cups daily after meals.

Essential oil contraindicated for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Contains estragole, potentially toxic at high doses.
Not recommended with anticoagulant treatment.
