How to use
As infusion, syrup, essential oil, cooking or fumigation.
📋 Recommended preparation
Infuse 1-2g dried thyme in 250ml boiling water for 10 minutes. Add honey and lemon for a winter remedy.
Precautions
Thymol thyme essential oil is dermocaustic.
Not recommended for pregnant women (essential oil).
Use diluted for skin application.
