How to use
In cooking (leaves), infusion, essential oil or poultice.
📋 Recommended preparation
Infusion: 3-4 dried leaves in 250ml boiling water, 10 minutes. After heavy meals.
Precautions
Do not confuse with oleander (very toxic).
Essential oil is dermocaustic.
Not recommended for pregnant women (essential oil).
