How to use
Fresh grated, powdered, infused, juiced or in capsules.

Grate 1cm of fresh ginger in 250ml boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. Add honey and lemon.
Precautions
May interact with anticoagulants.
Consume in moderation during pregnancy (max 1g/day).
