How to use
As infusion, tincture, capsules or standardized extract.
📋 Recommended preparation
Infuse 2-3g of dried root in 200ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Take 30 minutes before bedtime.
Precautions
Do not combine with sleeping pills.
May cause drowsiness.
Not recommended for children under 12.
