As juice: blend a large handful with lemon and water. Infusion: 2g leaves in 250ml boiling water, 10 minutes.
Precautions
Contraindicated at high doses during pregnancy (emmenagogue).
May interact with anticoagulants.
Beware of wild parsley (confusion with hemlock).
